Welcome to the PROPERTY INFORMATION REQUEST application process. Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all folders held by the account holder in their MyCity profile.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

A $100 non-refundable fee will be charged during the application process.
Processing and completing your request can take up to seven business days.
It is recommended that users apply using a MyCity profile. If you do not have a MyCity account, please register here.
