Important: Your application will auto-save as a draft after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can find your draft in your MyCity profile under "In-Progress Applications". Drafts are kept for a limited time, so we encourage you to submit your application promptly.
Application Conditions
- Applications must be submitted through a MyCity profile (sign up required)
- All fields marked * are mandatory

The application fee is non-refundable.
- Payment must be made online by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
A 2.4% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
- Application fees are determined based on whether the project is classified as
Non-Complex or Complex under
BC Building Code Division A, Section 1.3.3

- The applicable fee will be determined based on the details of your application.

- Multi Family Dwelling
- Agricultural Buildings
- Commercial Buildings
- Industrial Buildings
- Institutional Buildings
- Mixed-Use Buildings
- Accessory Structures
Permit applications include new construction, additions, additional suites, alterations, foundations, or repairs.
