Sales includes, but is not limited to, activities such as pawnbroking, second-hand dealing, retail, wholesale, and the online or direct marketing of goods (excluding liquor and cannabis). It also includes the sale of agricultural products, vending machines, ATMs and trade shows.

Depending on the nature of your business, you may be required to provide the following information for your business licence application:

• Floor Area: Provide the total square footage (m²) of your business location.

Note: There will be a non-refundable application fee (in addition to the Licence fee as calculated). The non-refundable application fee will be collected during the licence application process, with the remaining amount due online after you receive an approval email. Licence fees are waived for Non-Profit Organizations.
