Mobile Vending - sales and immediate delivery of any food, goods, or merchandise from a motor vehicle, temporary structure or display, or stand that is not permanently affixed to real property. Please see the Mobile Vending Package

Depending on the nature of your business, you may be required to provide the following information for your business licence application:

• Documents to be provided:
  • Motor Vehicle Insurance
  • Liability Insurance
  • Discharge Management Plan (including recycling and composting for biodegradable items)
  • Photographs
  • Declaration of local food use and menu
  • Letter of permission from the property owner
  • Interior Health approval
  • Fire Department approval
