Food, Liquor & Cannabis category includes, but is not limited to: Licenced restaurants, theatre restaurants, banquet facilities, cafes, delicatessens, tea rooms, lunchrooms, refreshment stands, take-out restaurants, bakeries, caterers, dance clubs, liquor stores, trade shows, casinos, bingo, and gaming centres. Cannabis-related businesses include analytical testing labs, production facilities, and alcohol production, including breweries and wineries

The non-refundable application fee will be collected during the licence application process, with the remaining amount due online after you receive an approval email. Licence fees are waived for Non-Profit Organizations.
