Contractor Services include, but are not limited to, areas such as bricklaying, masonry, building construction, ceiling installation, cement and concrete work, drywall, eavestrough installation, landscaping, tree trimming, electrical work, excavation, flooring, gas fitting, insulation, painting, decorating, designing, staging, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC systems, roofing, siding, swimming pool installation, sheet metal and aluminum work, as well as water and sewer line services.

Depending on the nature of your business, you may be required to provide the following information for your business licence application:

• Floor Area: Provide the total square footage (m²) of your business premises.

Note: There will be a non-refundable application fee (in addition to the Licence fee as calculated). The non-refundable application fee will be collected during the licence application process, with the remaining amount due online after you receive an approval email. Licence fees are waived for Non-Profit Organizations.
